Pay your bills or be disconnected

The Water & Sewerage Department is warning customers that their services will be disconnected if outstanding bills are not paid come the end of the April 30 grace period.
Residents with outstanding water bill balances were recently offered a three-month grace period on disconnections by the government. The government said this was done because of the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the territory.

“The grace period started on January 18 and will continue to April 30. During this period, we are encouraging customers of the Water & Sewerage Department, including those with bill discrepancies, to make arrangements to bring their accounts current,” said Utilities Minister Kye Rymer.

Water & Sewerage bills are due at the end of each month.

The Water and Sewerage Department seeks to ensure the provision of potable water and an environmentally sound sewage disposal service to all residents of the Virgin Islands, efficiently and at affordable rates.
