Police allegedly find cocaine on man held for disorderly conduct

Kitt Hodge, a Fort Hill, Tortola man, who was initially taken into custody for disorderly conduct, on March 19, 2021, has since been slapped with several other charges, including possession of cocaine.

According to reports, Hodge was allegedly caught with 16 grams of cocaine.

Our newsroom was informed by senior police sources that Hodge was taken into custody by ranks of the Royal Virgin Islands Police (RVIPF) for disorderly behavior at the Dr D. Orlando Smith Hosptial and it was while he was in police custody that cocaine was allegedly found in his possession.

He was subsequently charged.

Prisoner drenches police with water

The following day, March 20, 2021; however, Hodge, while in his holding cell, allegedly drenched a police officer with water after he was ordered to clean up some mess he had made.

Hodge had allegedly refused to as instructed, became irate and disorderly and threw the water on the police officer, allegedly stating it was something he always wanted to do.

He was subsequently slapped with the other charges of assault on a police officer, damaging property and disorderly conduct.
