USVI man wanted for alleged Unlawful Sexual Contact with 2 minors
The [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) is seeking the community's assistance to locate a man wanted for alleged unlawful sexual contact with two minor females.
According to police, Omari Beltou, age 42, is a black male weighing roughly 135 pounds, stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and has listed as his address Estate Frydenhoj in St Thomas.
The VIPD is asking anyone who knows of the whereabouts of Beltou to immediately contact 911 or Detective Y. LoBlack of the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 774-2211 Ext 5577.
