The Virgin Islands (VI) continues to see a steady decline in COVID-19 cases, with just 2 active cases currently in the territory, according to the latest February 14, 2021 stats released by local health authorities.
The two cases are on the island of Tortola and represent a 50% reduction in active cases from the 4 remaining on the territory as of Saturday, February 13, 2020.

-19 cases also comes as the territory has embarked on the roll-out of its COVID
-19 vaccination programme, which began on Thursday, February 18, 2021.
To date, the territory has recorded 153 cases of the virus, with a total of 21,846 persons tested for the virus from 21,966 samples.
The two active cases are imported, having been discovered on day 0 of entry clearance into the territory.
